Vrijdagavond 25 september om 20:00 uur in Concertzender Live het Sahara Soul concert, gegeven door Bassekou Kouyaté en N'Goni Ba en Tamikrest.

Dit concert vondt plaats op 31 januari 2013 in Rasa Utrecht.

Sahara Soul bracht een eerbetoon aan Mali dat geteisterd wordt door een verwoestende instabiliteit. Twee hedendaagse groepen delen het podium om een solidair geluid te laten horen uit het muzikaal rijke West-Afrikaanse land: Bassekou Kouyate & Ngoni ba en Tamikrest.
