Vrijdagavond van 20:00 - 21:00 uur kunt u luisteren naar nieuwe cd's van Bassekou Kouyaté & Ngoni Ba, Seckou Keita, Kiran Ahluwalia en The Young Folk.

De eerste drie muzikanten hebben al een reputatie van formaat. De laatste groep: The Young Folk uit Ierland heeft net een debuutalbum uitgebracht: The Little Battle. De band is gevormd rondom zanger-gitarist en songwriter Anthony Furey. Zij zijn op 19 juni van 21:00 - 22:00 uur In Acoustic Roots te gast voor een optreden en interview.
