Septet dat zijn naam dankt aan Freddie Hubbard's Blue Note album uit 1965 met de titel Night of the Cookers.
Een septet dat al vanaf 2010 bestaat in dezelfde bezetting.(alleen de altsaxofonist veranderde in 2014)
waarvan de bandleden zelf de composities schrijven.
